Expert UX Designer (Consultant Assignment | Gothenburg)

We're looking for an
Expert UX Designer
to join a leading
Customer Experience team
within the connected solutions space. You'll be part of an ambitious, collaborative group of nearly 40 highly skilled Service Designers, UX Designers, and other specialists — all working together to deliver world-class digital experiences.

In this role, you'll help shape customer-facing digital products and services, collaborating closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to drive design excellence throughout the product lifecycle.

About the Role

As an Expert UX Designer, you'll bring your creative expertise and strategic mindset to one of our product teams. You'll champion user needs while delivering meaningful business impact — driving the full design process from research and ideation to delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting user research to gain deep insights into user needs and behaviors.
  • Facilitating workshops with stakeholders and product teams to generate ideas and align on solutions.
  • Translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, and designs in
    Figma
    , crafting intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
  • Delivering detailed UI designs and collaborating with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Contributing to and refining design practices within the UX team, while mentoring others in design thinking and UX methodology.

About You

  • Passionate about
    user-centered design
    and delivering exceptional digital experiences.
  • Skilled at translating business goals into elegant, practical design solutions.
  • A collaborative, proactive problem-solver who thrives in cross-functional teams.
  • Experienced in
    visual design, usability research, and complex workflow design
    .
  • Advanced in
    Figma
    , design systems, and front-end collaboration.
  • Hold a
    BA/MSc in Interaction Design
    (or related field) with
    10+ years of UX design experience
    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates real design impact.
