Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role located in Norrtälje, with the option for some remote work. As a Management Intern at Adpin, you will assist in streamlining operations, analyzing workflows, and identifying areas for efficiency improvement in media and ad processes.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to strategy development, and support projects involving AI-enhanced systems and advertising solutions.

Additionally, you will gain hands-on experience in tech, AI and new cutom built tools like CMS, CRM, and AI-boosted platforms.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of media workflows, digital publishing tools, and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess processes and identify areas for optimization
  • Basic knowledge of AI applications in media and advertising systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, both independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and curiosity about the media and technology landscape
  • Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in business, media, technology, or a related field is advantageous
