What You'll Do
- Act as the key link between DDA, business SMEs, service teams, and external vendors.
- Understand market challenges, customer priorities, and competitive landscapes — bringing valuable insights to drive solutions.
- Manage, enhance, and maintain IT solutions with a focus on continuous improvement and change management.
- Represent IT solutions across markets and serve as a trusted partner for business and departmental leaders.
