Assignment Description
As a
Supply Chain Manager
, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient, stable, and resilient supply chain operations across the organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain flow, from production and material planning to procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
You will be part of a small but highly competent team, working closely with colleagues across sales, production, and other functions. Collaboration is at the heart of how we operate.
So, what does the role involve? Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Overall responsibility for the company's supply chain management, including production planning, material planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics coordination.
- Developing and optimising production and material plans in close cooperation with sales, production, and other departments to ensure delivery capability and appropriate inventory levels.
- Managing procurement activities, including supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management, with a focus on cost control and supply risk mitigation.
- Overseeing warehousing and logistics operations, optimising inventory structure, storage efficiency, and logistics processes to improve inventory turnover.
- Identifying supply chain risks and driving continuous improvement of supply chain processes and systems to enhance overall operational performance.
- Leading, supporting, and developing the supply chain team in their day-to-day work.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing supply chain management
- Solid experience in production planning, material planning, procurement, and warehousing/logistics
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience from diaphragm manufacturing or similar industry is considered a strong advantage
Previous experience working within an international organisation is highly valued.
