We are dedicated to providing great online shopping experiences and are on the lookout for an AIO/SEO-specialist to join us on this journey for our two Nordic marketplaces: CDON and Fyndiq.

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented person, that is in the start of their career, to implement our AIO/SEO-strategy. You will be responsible for executing our AIO/SEO strategy with a clear focus on two areas:

1. Optimizing the structure of our extensive category trees (over 9,000 categories per marketplace).
2. Driving AI-assisted content creation for all category pages across four Nordic markets.

You will collaborate closely with our AIO/SEO agency partner (Viva Media) and be part of a cross-functional team working to scale AI-supported workflows. Responsibilities include;

Category Tree Optimization:

• Maintain, update, and optimize category structures for CDON and Fyndiq.
• Ensure logical hierarchy, consistency, and overall data accuracy.
• Implement new categories and phase out outdated ones based on assortment changes, customer behavior, and product lifecycle.
• Conduct recurring audits to identify and correct categorization errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure category logic supports the customer journey and business priorities.

AI-driven Category Content Creation

• Produce and publish category content using AI-supported processes.
• Ensure content quality, accuracy, and alignment with SEO best practices
• Manage translations and localization for each market.
• Create evergreen content to strengthen organic performance and support key commercial moments.
• Work tightly with Viva Media and internal stakeholders to evolve our AIO/SEO ways of working.

Qualifications and experience:

• YH-degree in E-com, digital marketing, CX or related field
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and how categorization impacts user experience and discoverability
• Experience of working with CMS (Content Management Systems)
• Bonus (not required): experience with AI-generated content or SEO writing.

• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to detect inconsistencies and improve processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
