About the Role
- We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who shares our passion for creating something new and has the courage to explore uncharted territories. Your Responsibilities May Include
- Leverages data to solve complex problems, extract meaningful insights, and inform decision-making processes within an organization.
- Work at the intersection of statistics, programming, and business, using tools like machine learning, data mining, and predictive modeling to analyze large datasets.
- Gather, clean, and process data, developing and training algorithms, and present findings in a way that is understandable and actionable for stakeholders.
- Helps both us and our partners to optimize processes, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies for growth and innovation.
We Believe That You
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably with a consulting background.
- A university degree in a highly technical and quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Software Development, Engineering, or Economics).
- Proven experience in developing classification models using machine learning techniques.
- Proficiency with Python, SQL, and Git, along with a solid understanding of cloud computing concepts.
- Strong understanding of the theoretical foundations behind both classical and modern machine learning models and algorithms, such as generalized linear models, random forests, ensemble methods, and deep neural networks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both technical and non-technical. Strong skills in communication, organization, and teamwork, combined with solid business acumen.
- Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you have the freedom to think and create on a large scale.
