About the Role

As a Producer at NoA Ignite, you'll lead and organize client projects from start to finish. You'll work with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and follow up on progress, budgets, and scope.

The role is hands-on and focused on delivery - making sure teams have what they need to succeed, clients are informed, and projects stay on track.

You'll bring drive to keep momentum in every phase, craft to ensure quality in how things are planned and delivered, and care to create trust and collaboration — all to achieve impact for both clients and users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee digital projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery and clear communication.
  • Plan and coordinate team workflows, managing backlogs, sprint planning, and task tracking.
  • Follow up on scope, budget, and timelines, and flag risks or scope changes early.
  • Collaborate closely with tech and design leads to plan and estimate work.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and make sure expectations are clear.
  • Adjust project processes depending on the client setup - sometimes structured, sometimes more agile.
  • Encourage teamwork and a solution-focused mindset within the project.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in project or delivery management within digital product, app, or web development.
  • Strong skills in planning, structure, and follow-up.
  • Experience working with tickets, tasks, and sprints in tools like Jira or similar.
  • Confident in budgeting, project forecasting, and resource planning (Excel / Google Sheets).
  • A good understanding of development and design processes from start to launch.
  • Skilled at identifying scope creep and keeping projects within agreed limits.
  • Strong communication skills - able to connect clients, designers, and developers.
  • Familiar with agile principles, but flexible in how you apply them.
