About this role

TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.

We are currently seeking a Freelance Medical Advisor (0.1 FTE) to support one of our partner pharmaceutical companies in Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for the medical review and approval of promotional materials and for providing expert medical input to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.

As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical company with an established and mature product portfolio in Sweden. You will collaborate closely with their internal medical and marketing teams to provide compliant, evidence-based medical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve promotional and marketing materials in line with Swedish industry and IMA regulations.
  • Ensure medical and scientific accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all materials.
  • Provide expert medical input to internal cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal medical inquiries.
  • Support internal training and compliance activities.
  • Contribute to dermatology-related product evaluations and guidance.
Qualifications
  • Licensed physician (MD) with relevant clinical or industry experience.
  • IMA-certified or equivalent qualification for promotional material review in Sweden.
  • Experience reviewing and approving promotional materials in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of Swedish compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Experience within dermatology is a plus.

    Workload
    • Approximately 0.1 FTE (0–4 hours per month).
