About the Role
Our client who are an AI start up based in Stockholm are looking for an experienced
AI Product Manager
to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI products, with a particular focus on
Large Language Models (LLMs)
and intelligent automation. You'll work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to define the roadmap, align technical strategy with business goals, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative AI-powered solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Own the
product vision and roadmap
for AI/LLM-based features and platforms. - Collaborate with
engineering, data science, and design teams
to turn complex ideas into scalable, high-impact products. - Translate user and business needs into detailed
requirements and specifications
. - Manage the
end-to-end product lifecycle
, from concept and prioritisation to launch and iteration. - Evaluate and select AI models (including open-source and proprietary LLMs) and ensure ethical, secure, and responsible AI use.
- Lead
sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and delivery tracking
for the AI development teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years
of experience as a Product Manager in software or AI-driven environments. - Strong background working with
AI/ML technologies
, including LLMs, NLP, and generative AI systems. - Proven track record
leading or collaborating with software development teams
. - Technical understanding of model APIs, vector databases, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with
Agile development
, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration. - Excellent communication skills in
English
(Swedish is a plus).
