Studio Operator to H&M Studios

H&M Studios, part of the H&M Marketing department, produces fashion content for H&M's full assortment globally, with a focus on e-commerce. Our work includes model images, product images, and video assets.  

We're now looking for a Studio Operator to join our creative team at H&M Studios As a Studio Operator, you are responsible for the studio area and environment both in external and internal studio productions. You will play an important part in creating ambiance and flow during studio productions. Welcoming photo teams to the studio and making them feel comfortable and taken care of is a big and important part of this role. Your natural hospitality expertise and service-minded experience would be used for daily operational duties and tasks. You would also be responsible for both daily operations and planning / preparing for the next day's craft amenities for productions. You are a doer who will participate in weekly meetings with the team to secure coming weeks' orders and deliveries with our suppliers.

What you'll do 

• Plan and keep track of the schedule for our day-to-day production.  
• Collaborate with internal and external partners and support production team with general handling of equipment hiring and in-house equipment. 
• Maintain studio facilities through cleaning, painting, and overall organizing. 
• Administration, invoice handling, and hosting services for all teams in production. 
• Continuously improve processes and workflows.

• Previous experience in a similar role, with an interest in studio operations and technical equipment. 
• Knowledge of lighting, rigs, and production systems such as Capture One. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly. 
• Great communication skills - open, clear, and collaborative. 
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility. 
• Excellent social skills and genuine team spirit. 
• General computer knowledge. 
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
