Job Description

Description Competence required from consultant As part of a large program that aims to migrate customers between two systems the consultant should have solid experience and competence to lead the below types of activities 1. Lead requirement analysis and definitions. This includes analyzing business needs, investigate technical possibilities and then define a viable technical solution that is anchored among core program stakeholders. The person should also, in collaboration with the business, be responsible for and lead the definition of the migration plan for the whole program. The consultant should have experience and participate in technical testing. It is, therefore, preferred that the consultant have worked with business-related requirement areas and have experience of analyzing business needs and translating these into technically viable solutions.2. The consultant should have experience in transformation work and support and lead communication and training initiatives as well as UAT.It is beneficial if the consultant has experience of working with PEGA and work at SwedbankECP. At least 80 of the work takes place in the office.
