LISA YANG is looking for a Wholesale Sales Assistant with experience from the luxury fashion segment to join the team in Stockholm. In this role, you will will support the Wholesale department with designated customer accounts, processing orders and ensuring a smooth execution of seasonal sales activities.

You will report directly to the Wholesale Director and work closely with the rest of the Wholesale team as well as the Production, Supply Chain and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Wholesale team in managing daily communication with clients and agents
  • Support the preparation and follow ups of seasonal sales appointments, line sheets and order confirmations
  • Maintain and update the data base, order trackers and sales reports
  • Help preparing uploads and sales materials for presentations
  • Order management – entering and processing orders and reorders accurately in the system
  • Monitor stock availability for reorders
  • General operations admin support
  • Handle after-sales service issues
  • Conduct market research

About you

  • 3+ years' experience in Wholesale or sales support
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, customer-focused mindset
  • A proactive approach, keen to learn and help out where needed
  • Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Keynote, PP), experience from working with ERP systems a plus
  • Passionate about the fashion industry and the LISA YANG brand
  • Fluent in English

This is a full-time position based at LISA YANG's Stockholm HQ, available with an immediate start.
