What your days might look like

This is not a role where you will sit on the sidelines and review policies from afar. It is hands-on, in the middle of a fast-moving fintech bank, where compliance is about transforming regulations into scalable structures that empower the business.

You will lead regulatory processes and implementation projects, coordinate audits, and review policies. You will turn regulations into clear, practical guidance while ensuring processes remain efficient and that your colleagues are informed. And when the regulatory landscape shifts, you will already be ahead of it.

In this role you will be part of the Legal & Compliance Team, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, and work closely with the Senior Management and teams across the company to keep our foundation solid as we scale.

Who we think you are

You likely have five or more years of experience in compliance, either from a financial institution, fintech company, or a consultancy firm. You're experienced in handling SFSA engagements and well-versed in GDPR and privacy matters. You're structured, calm under pressure, and known for your ability to run complex projects with precision and follow-through. You care about doing things right, but also about making things work. You are fluent in Swedish and English.
