Vi söker en erfaren och skicklig Platsbaserad kostnadskontrollant (Site Cost Controller)

Den ideala kandidaten har gedigen erfarenhet av kostnadskontroll inom olje- och gas-, petrokemisk eller energisektor och ansvarar för att hantera kostnadsuppföljning, rapportering och prognoser på plats för att säkerställa strikt budgetföljsamhet genom hela projektets livscykel.

Huvudsakliga Arbetsuppgifter

  • Övervaka och kontrollera projektkostnader på plats i linje med projektets totala budget.
  • Förbereda och uppdatera regelbundna rapporter om kostnadsprestation (vecko-/månadsbasis).
  • Följa upp och analysera kostnadstrender, avvikelser och prognostisera slutkostnader.
  • Granska och behandla fakturor från entreprenörer och leverantörer, samt säkerställa att dessa stämmer överens med kontraktsvillkor och fysiskt utfört arbete.
  • Stödja utveckling och kontroll av platsbudget, åtaganden och utgifter.
  • Hantera och bedöma kostnadspåverkan av ändringsordrar, variationer och omfattningsändringar.
  • Assistera vid upprättande av korrekta kassaflödesprognoser baserat på projektets faser och kostnader.
  • Samarbeta med site engineering, inköp, bygg och projektkontroll för att samla in realtidsdata kring kostnader.
  • Underhålla en detaljerad och organiserad kostnadsdatabas, loggar och dokumentation för revision och kontroll.
  • Säkerställa att företagets rutiner för kostnadskontroll följs och bistå vid interna och externa revisioner.
  • Ge underlag till inköp angående kontraktskostnadsstrukturer och bistå vid utvärdering av anbud.
  • Delta i framstegs- och kostnadsuppföljningsmöten med projektledning och andra intressenter

Förutsättningar

  • Högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen inom teknik, ekonomi, bygg- eller liknande disciplin.
  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av kostnadskontroll inom olje- och gas-, petrokemisk- eller energisektorn.
  • God förståelse för principer inom projektkostnadskontroll, projektredovisning och budgetering.
  • Erfarenhet av kostnadshanterings- och rapporteringsverktyg, t.ex. SAP, Primavera, MS Excel eller motsvarande.
  • Stark analytisk förmåga och noggrannhet.
