Sedana Medical is looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our Marketing team and play a key role in shaping the future of inhaled sedation worldwide.

The role

As Product Manager Global Marketing at Sedana Medical, you will play a pivotal role in driving product strategy, launch execution, and market performance. You will shape and deliver our marketing strategy in close collaboration with cross-functional teams across and regional markets.

You will be part of a small and dynamic marketing team, reporting to the VP Marketing . Main Responsibilities & Tasks

• Develop and implement global product strategies and marketing plans for Sedana Medical's portfolio .
• Lead global product launches from concept through to market introduction and post-launch optimization.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer analyses to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to regional market needs.
• Support regional teams with launch planning, marketing materials, training, and implementation support.
• Manage the global product lifecycle, including pricing, forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
• Drive operational excellence through structured project management methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, PRINCE2, SCRUM).
• Collaborate with medical and clinical teams to develop evidence-based marketing initiatives and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory, quality, and ethical standards.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess commercial impact and success.

Your profile:

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years' experience in product management or marketing roles within the MedTech or Pharma industry.
• Proven track record of successful product launches, ideally within Anaesthesia or Respiratory and preferably within the US.
• Strong project management skills; certification or experience in Six Sigma, PRINCE2, or SCRUM methodologies is highly valued.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing global or multi-market product strategies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially astute with strong understanding of healthcare markets, reimbursement pathways, and regulatory environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (up to 25%).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Beneficial Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Marketing (e.g. CIM).
• German, French, and/or Spanish language skills.
• Experience with Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
