About the Role:

As a 3rd Party Service Manager at Verisure, you will play a crucial role in tracking all third-party systems. You will work closely with your Manager, Product Owner, System Architect, other Service Managers and key roles in the department to ensure the seamless operation of third-party applications. For this role we need someone who can bring their experience and expertise to structure and further develop our maturity and way of working with external services, ensuring that all processes are streamlined and efficient. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless operation of third-party applications.
• Continuously reviewing and planning the implementation of application solutions based on the organization's needs and existing processes.
• Conducting technical audits of current and prospective applications to ensure business requirements are met.
• Manage 3rd party services in all states of the service lifecycle
• Analyzing and identifying integration processes and driving system improvements.
• Maintaining an ongoing dialogue with both external suppliers and business users.
• Balancing various factors such as flexibility versus manageability, purchasing versus building, and cost versus performance, scalability, stability, functionality, and usage patterns.
