We are on an exciting growth journey, expanding our impact and shaping the future of workplace health. We're now looking for a Lead Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in Kubernetes and monitoring, ready to take a lead role in building, securing, and scaling our systems.

The Role and the Team

You'll be part of a cross-functional engineering team that values collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement. In addition to being hands-on, you'll provide technical leadership and help set the standard for DevOps practices across the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design, implement, and maintain highly available infrastructure on AWS and a Nordic cloud provider.
  • Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters supporting our microservice architecture.
  • Deploy, configure, and optimize ElasticSearch for high-performance data search and analytics.
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines and automate workflows to accelerate developer productivity.
  • Drive monitoring and observability practices across systems and applications.
  • Collaborate closely with backend and data engineering teams for seamless integrations.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and shape DevOps best practices.

About you

To succeed in this role, you are an experienced Infrastructure/DevOps professional with a passion for building scalable systems and supporting others. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and are equally comfortable being hands-on and guiding others.

Technical skills we appreciate:

  • Solid hands-on experience with AWS.
  • Strong Kubernetes expertise.
  • Deep experience with containerization (Docker), CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • Infrastructure as a code (Terraform).
  • Good working knowledge of ElasticSearch.
  • Developer experience in a modern backend language is a strong plus.
