Do you want to be part of creating a seamless delivery experience for our online customers while supporting our E-commerce Manager in the daily operations of our e-shop? Then this role might be perfect for you

About the role

As an E-shop Logistics Coordinator, you will be a key role of our e-commerce operations. You'll ensure that customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and with the highest quality. You'll work closely with both the Store Manager and the Nordic E-commerce Manager to keep the warehouse organized and the assortment complete.

You'll be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you can take ownership of your tasks, be a part of the store team at Hede Fashion Outlet, and contribute to the growth and success of our e-shop.

This is a part-time position, offering 15 hours per week. You will work on weekdays between 08:00-14:30.

Your key responibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship all e-shop orders
  • Maintain stock levels and replenish packing materials together with the Store Manager
  • Report any issues with orders or customer complaints to the Nordic E-commerce Manager
  • Support customer service via e-shop email and phone calls to the store
  • Coordinate stock with the Store Manager and plan re-orders to ensure full assortment availability
  • Activate and deactivate products when out of stock (e.g., Pick & Mix flavors)
  • Improve and streamline the picking and packing process to create a positive, cost-effective, and efficient working environment
