Job Description Summary
We are now looking for a Project Manager that will be the Lead Program Integrator with placement in Husbyborg, Uppsala. Your main role will be integrating programs/projects in areas of interest for Radio pharmacy business as NPI (New Product Introduction), production transfer, cost down programs.

GE Healthcare Cyclotrons & TRACERcenter develop, produce and services particle accelerators for medical use that produces radionuclides, used in Positron Emission Tomography (PET) medical imaging. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and managing engineering / technology projects. Interfaces with internal/external customers to ensure organization resource allocation is made. Accountable to deliver the scope of work to the original cost estimate. Manages schedule, budget and integration of NPI and/or requisition projects, including influencing the projects to meet customer CTQs and hit tollgate milestones. Project is often a component of a program.
  • In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
  • You will be a member of the Program Management Office which will consist of 6 people. This is a fairly new office that will be responsible for all program/projects so we meet customer expectations, both external and internal.
  • You will interact with product manager, program manager, engineering, supply chain, service, and customers/suppliers.

Required Qualifications

  • Solid experience within program/project management
  • B.Sc. Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar education/equivalent
  • Understanding of project, design and production processes
  • Understanding of QA and validation procedures
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

  • Ability to plan and execute your daily work within set time frames
  • Ability to have helicopter view , see the bigger picture
