Consensus söker nu en erfaren Strategic Category Manager till ett längre konsultuppdrag hos ett ledande internationellt industriföretag med verksamhet i över 180 länder. Företaget är känt för sin innovationskraft, starka ingenjörskultur och fokus på hållbara lösningar för industrin.

Om rollen

I rollen som Strategic Category Manager får du ett helhetsansvar för flera kategorier inom direkt material. Du arbetar strategiskt med leverantörsbas, kostnadsoptimering och innovation, och säkerställer att kategoristrategin bidrar till företagets övergripande mål inom Quality, Delivery, Cost, Service och Technology (QDCST).

Du samarbetar nära kategori- och utvecklingsteam, samt med leverantörer över hela världen. Rollen passar dig som trivs i en internationell miljö där både strategi, analys och operativt ansvar ingår.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter

Analysera inköps- och spenddata för att identifiera besparingsmöjligheter och trender

Samla in marknadsinsikter om leverantörer, prissättning och innovationer inom kategorin

Optimera leverantörers prestation inom QDCST och bygga en konkurrenskraftig leverantörsbas

Utveckla och implementera kategoristrategi i samverkan med interna intressenter

Leda Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)-möten och driva leverantörsutveckling

Förhandla och underhålla leverantörsavtal samt driva kostnadsförbättringar

Identifiera och utnyttja synergier inom affärsområden

Säkerställa riskhantering, kapacitetsplanering och implementering av förändringar (ECN)

Efterleva interna policys, legala krav och etiska riktlinjer

Din profil

Vi söker dig som har en stark strategisk förmåga, kombinerad med operativ förståelse för inköp i en global kontext. Du är analytisk, kommunikativ och har lätt för att bygga förtroendefulla relationer både internt och externt.

Kvalifikationer:

Akademisk examen inom teknik, ekonomi eller supply chain

Flera års erfarenhet av strategiskt inköp eller category management i internationell miljö

God förståelse för leverantörsstrategier, marknadsanalys och kontraktshantering

Van förhandlare med fokus på både kostnad och kvalitet

Svenska och engelska
