About the role

As Treasury Manager, you will play a central role in managing and developing the company's Treasury operations, reporting to the Director of Treasury.

This position offers both a chance to take responsibility in a growing function and the possibility to learn and expand into areas often handled by CFOs or senior Treasury leaders, such as negotiating bank agreements and financing solutions. You will be part of shaping routines and processes in a relatively new Treasury function – making a real impact.

You will work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure effective and optimal liquidity management, risk management, and financing. We will look at Treasury systems, review Cash Management, and all processes within Treasury to improve and ensure that we work in an efficient and comprehensive manner.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Daily liquidity management and planning

• Cash management (cash pools, payments, etc.)

• Foreign Exchange management

• Maintaining and developing relationships with banks and other stakeholders

• Administration of internal loans and external credit facilities

• Proactively identifying opportunities for automation and improvement of treasury processes.

Competencies

We are looking for a structured, precise, and driven person with experience in treasury and a strong analytical ability. You are proactive, enjoy change, and thrive both in taking initiatives and collaborating in teams. Your communication skills and engagement make you a valuable team member.

Further, we are looking for someone who has:

• A relevant academic degree in economics, finance, or equivalent

• At least 2-5 years of experience in treasury, banking, or financial functions

• Structured and precise with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Independent and proactive with the ability to drive improvement initiatives

• Strong Excel skills

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
