Project Manager – Factory Equipment Implementation

Seeking a Project Manager to lead international CAPEX implementation projects within converting factories.

Your Daily tasks may include:

  • Lead global cross-functional project teams through delivery, installation, and commissioning of converting equipment and upgrades.
  • Manage time, cost, and quality to secure agreed project outcomes.
  • Represent CAPEX Implementation in product development projects to ensure industrialization readiness for global deployment.
  • Drive planning, budgeting, stakeholder and risk management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Report, analyze, and act on project data to proactively ensure project targets are met.
  • Drive continuous improvements in CAPEX Implementation processes, governance, and ways of working with factories and development teams.
  • Collaborate with factory project managers and technical experts to secure safe and efficient installations.

Required skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of documented experience managing complex implementation or installation projects in a global industrial context.
  • University degree in Engineering or Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineers and identify deviations.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience in process, packaging, or food industry (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of TPM / Early Management principles (advantageous).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.

The consultant shall demonstrate:

  • Cross-cultural leadership – experience leading teams from multiple countries and disciplines (e.g., suppliers from Europe, installation teams from Asia, engineers from Sweden).
  • Coaching leadership style – supports and guides local factory project managers while ensuring accountability for deliverables.
