We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Your Profile (Must-have Requirements)

  • Senior UI/UX design experience (UI-focused)Strong ability to design polished, high-quality interfaces for digital banking.
  • Minimum 5 years of experienceProven track record designing for web, mobile, and app platforms.
  • High proficiency in Figma

Able to create user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and production-ready design assets.

  • Strong ownership & problem-solving mindset

Hands-on designer who takes responsibility and drives solutions forward in an agile environment.

  • User-centered design approach

Experience conducting and participating in user research, testing, and continuous iteration based on insights.

Meritorious

  • Fluency in Swedish

English is required; Swedish is a clear advantage.

  • Experience working with Design Systems

Especially ensuring consistency and accessibility across multiple digital channels.

  • Background in financial services / digital banking

Particularly within private banking, wealth management, or similar regulated environments.
