We are looking for a finance analyst

We are looking for a truly engaged finance analyst with a good trackrecord analyzing and working with finance planning in a global context.

Main job objectives:

This is a commercially focused role which will report into the Financial planning & analyst manager and will be responsible for Budget/Forecast planning for both entities as well as project-based analysis.

The successful candidate will have a good trackrecord of working with systems and financial modelling and above all else be a systematic problem solver.

This will be a high exposure role and will be involved at the forefront of strategic work with stakeholders from the senior leadership team to the operations or other support functions.

A high level of excel is required as often projects involve process improvements and automation, this incorporated with systems knowledge will be a must for the successful candidate.

Tracking and monitoring of Cost saving / Revenue generation initiatives. Weekly volume and revenue analysis will also be part of the tasks and responsibilities.

This is a newly created role and will be heavily orientated towards commercial finance with limited month end responsibilities.

Job responsibilities:

Weekly/Monthly Volume revenue trend Forecasts

Reforecast (7+5) and Annual Budget Planning for both entities

Capex and Opex business case review and benefit tracking with procurement

Analysis of monthly performance to Budget and/or Forecast of financial and non-financial information, evaluating variance impact and identifying trends

Generate and track cost saving initiatives, holding stakeholders to account

Work with procurement to understand annual contract renewals and inflationary impacts

Work with transaction together with Finance Manager to model Cashflow

Adhering to and developing internal financial controls, improving processes where necessary

Working closely with the Head of finance and FP&A manager on adhoc projects

Requirements:

Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) (or Very Good Finalists)

Multi-site P&L / Cargo/Aviation experience advantageous

Strong experience as a Finance Analyst

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Commercial and business acumen

Strong excel and modelling skills

Fluent in Swedish and English
