We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

• You have a strong customer and user focus. You are driven by curiosity and passionate about user-centered experience design.

• You have in-depth experience identifying business goals and values and translating that into premium customer experiences and design – while always keeping in mind the compatibility with technical requirements and dependencies.

• You are an innovative problem solver and a collaborative team player.

• You are self-driven and comfortable taking the lead in discussions and workshops, with energy and drive and a "can-do" attitude.

• You have experience in graphic/visual design, usability research & analysis, and designing complex user workflows.

• You have deep knowledge in Figma and understanding of building and using complex design systems and understanding front-end development, and its relationship to design.

• You have a minimum BA/MSc or equivalent degree in Interaction Design or a related design discipline, and a minimum of 10 years of industry design experience.

• You have great communication and presentation skills.

• You have a portfolio that shows your skills in creating impact with design.
