Influencer Marketing Lead
who can elevate this important communication channel into a true brand and growth engine.

What You'll Do
As Influencer Marketing Lead in our
Growth team
, you will own and develop our influencer strategy across all markets. You'll guide a passionate team, build meaningful partnerships, and help Anyfin show up to the right audiences with the right message. Your work will meaningfully shape both our brand and our commercial results.

In This Role, You Will

• Drive growth and strengthen Anyfin's brand through influencer collaborations that tell our story, reach the right audiences, and highlight the value we bring. Own the influencer marketing budget and channel performance, setting targets, and ensuring we invest where it matters most.
• Lead and coach a cross-market influencer team, supporting them with collaboration reviews, price negotiations, and creative/content direction.
• Collaborate with analytics and growth teams to understand performance — and challenge conventions with creative thinking.
• Continuously explore new platforms, formats, and creative concepts to reach new audiences and consumer segments.

• Are an excellent communicator who can articulate ideas clearly and persuasively across audiences.
• Bring a strong brand and creative perspective, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and push our thinking.
• Understand consumer behavior and cultural trends, and can translate that into impactful influencer concepts.
• Thrive in fast-moving, unstructured environments where you take initiative and build from the ground up.
• Care deeply about customers and connect with our mission to improve financial lives.
• Are fluent in English and either Swedish or German — German is a strong plus given our growing presence there.
• Have solid experience in marketing or influencer marketing, ideally with exposure to both brand-building and performance.
