Role Description

This is a full-time position located on site in Linköping, Sweden, with flexibility for partial remote work. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for ensuring customer growth, satisfaction and retention. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include outbound nurturing, managing customer inquiries, resolving customer issues and providing outstanding support to maximize customer value. You will also analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement/growth and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement in customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Experience in SaaS Sales to existing customers
  • Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and fostering customer relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills , including the ability to engage with customers effectively
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and recommend process enhancements
  • Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment, combining mostly in-office and some remote work
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is required
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Preferably familiar to SaaS technical sales and support
  • A gold star is awarded if you have previous experience from the parking industry
