Qlik Replicate Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Qlik Replicate Administrator
to design, implement, and maintain robust data replication and integration pipelines across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
Qlik Replicate (Attunity)
,
data warehousing
, and
cloud-based analytics platforms
such as
Snowflake
, and will collaborate with global business and IT teams to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient data movement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administer and manage
   Qlik Replicate
   environments, including setup, configuration, and performance tuning of replication tasks and endpoints.
2. Design and monitor
   real-time and batch data replication
   pipelines between diverse source and target systems (e.g., SAP, SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle, AWS, Azure).
3. Perform
   troubleshooting, issue resolution, and optimization
   of replication tasks to ensure minimal latency and high reliability.
4. Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Solution Architects to design scalable data integration solutions.
5. Implement
   change data capture (CDC)
   , data transformations, and monitoring processes to ensure data integrity and consistency.
6. Maintain comprehensive documentation of replication configurations, schedules, and operational procedures.
7. Drive
   automation, governance, and security best practices
   across data integration workflows.
8. Support upgrades, migrations, and performance improvement initiatives related to
   Qlik Replicate and Qlik Enterprise Manager (QEM)
   .
9. Partner with global teams (India, Sweden, and EU regions) to align replication strategies with business needs and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 8+ years of total experience
   in data engineering, BI, or data integration roles.
2. 3+ years of hands-on experience
   with
   Qlik Replicate (Attunity)
   and Qlik Enterprise Manager.
3. Strong understanding of
   data warehousing, ETL, and data pipeline architectures
   .
4. Expertise in
   SQL
   and experience with
   Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, or AWS Redshift
   .
5. Knowledge of
   SAP, Oracle, or other ERP data sources
   is a strong plus.
6. Familiarity with
   data governance, CDC, and replication performance tuning
   .
7. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
8. Experience working in
   agile and cross-functional global teams
   .
9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have

1. Exposure to
   Qlik Sense / QlikView / Power BI
   for downstream analytics.
2. Knowledge of
   Python or Shell scripting
   for automation and monitoring.
3. Understanding of
   data security, GDPR, and compliance standards
