Create the solutions that will enable a better tomorrow
We are looking for a project manager/discipline lead to run stormwater, flooding and cloudburst projects in our team in Sweden. You will be a part of a team working closely with colleagues from Sweden, but also globally (primarily Denmark, Poland and Norway).
We want you to run projects both independently and take the role as discipline lead in larger projects. Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Project manage projects within stormwater and heavy rainfall investigations, and hydraulic and hydrologic modelling
- Lead proposal work incl. forming strategic budgets and writing execution plans
- Take the role as discipline lead in larger projects
- Support in projects with stormwater calculations and preparing of reports
- Perform quality assurance
- Work actively with cross functional teams to generate ideas for improving performance

Requirements:
- Degree of Master of Science in engineering, within Infrastructure and/or Environmental Engineering
- A minimum of 7 years of work experience of stormwater/flooding/modelling
- Proficiency in hand calculations of discharge and dimensioning, with strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with StormTac and Scalgo Live
- Proven problem-solving skills and fluency in the Swedish and English language, both written and verbal
