Influencer Marketing Specialist

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with influencers/creators, talent agencies, and management teams globally. Your primary objective is to drive traffic, generate sales, and expand our brand awareness through partnerships with prominent names. You will represent our brand values, communicate with external partners, and align with our goal of staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute influencer activations that meet brand guidelines, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Monitor, track, and analyze influencer activation performance metrics to ensure objectives are met and to improve future campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in the influencer marketing industry and incorporate them into NA-KD's marketing strategy.
• Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring that they are aligned with marketing objectives.

Your Past & Your Skills

• Motivated by working towards KPIs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical: passion for sales, numbers, conversions, and evaluation of performance.
• Responsible and organized.
• Bias to action: proactive and decisive, taking calculated risks, and being willing to learn from both successes and failures.
• Reliable, friendly, outgoing, and trusted by your peers.
• Eager to learn and not afraid to think outside the box to solve problems.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, always have a little more to give and inspire others to contribute.
• 1 year of Marketing experience is a plus
• Fluent in any of these languages: Danish, French, Norwegian, Arabic is a plus.
