Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled
Salesforce Developer
to design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs. The role involves hands-on development, system integrations, automation, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using
    Apex
    (classes, triggers, batch, schedulable),
    Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    ,
    Aura
    ,
    Flows
    , and
    Visualforce
  • Design and implement
    REST/SOAP API integrations
    with external systems
  • Build scalable
    data models
    , validation rules, workflows, and process automations
  • Configure Salesforce features including
    Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Record Types, Page Layouts
    , and
    Approval Processes
  • Optimize performance, ensure scalability, and follow
    secure coding best practices
  • Work across
    Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
    , and related modules
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and support QA during integration testing
  • Participate in
    code reviews, architecture discussions
    , and solution design sessions
  • Implement and manage
    CI/CD pipelines
    using
    Git, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps
  • Maintain clear technical documentation and adhere to Salesforce development standards
  • Collaborate closely with
    Product Owners, Business Analysts
    , and cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of hands-on
    Salesforce development
    experience
  • Strong expertise in
    Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Visualforce
  • Experience with
    REST and SOAP integrations
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and automation capabilities
  • Experience with
    CI/CD tools
    for Salesforce deployments
  • Proven ability to optimize performance and ensure secure implementations
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
