Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden Kivra AB Full time 900,000 - 1,200,000 per year
Partner Manager

At Kivra, we're building services that connect over six million people with more than 50,000 senders in both the private and public sectors. We provide a safe and accessible digital infrastructure that everyone in Sweden can trust and use.

Now, we're looking for a Partner Manager to help us expand our market with new business areas.

About the role
At Kivra we scale our services through partners. You will be the commercial and technical point of contact for major system partners as well as for already established collaborations. We believe you have the drive, ambition and ability to both develop our existing partner relationships and attract new ones in order to keep driving the digitalisation of Sweden.

Your responsibility will be to ensure that all partners are up to date with our latest product offers, as well as making sure their integrations are according to our high standards. The role also includes contract management and full ownership of partner agreements.

You will be part of the skilled partner team that systematically works with different potential partners and platforms on the market. Together with the rest of the team, you act as a bridge that connects sales and product with our system partners, ensuring a clear vision ahead. You believe that great partnerships grow through long-term commitment, and that's how you build and maintain relationships. With a focused and forward-looking approach, you help more partners join Kivra.

About you
Knowledge is important, but so is attitude You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and who believes that transparent communication and short feedback loops are the foundation of strong partnerships.

We believe you

Are tech-savvy, ambitious, structured, and results-oriented, with a natural ability to build strong relationships with those around you.

Have previous experience in business development, change management and/or product management.

Have a solid understanding of ways of working within tech, product development, and system integrations.

Possess a professional approach, are innovative, and can independently drive large and complex projects.

Are analytical and have a strong ability to build trust and long-term relationships.

Possess a strong sales oriented mindset.

Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

Just like us, you have a genuine interest in understanding organizations' business needs and translating these into the services that Kivra offers and develops. You are self-driven, professional, and thrive in a high-paced environment. You can easily map and understand ecosystems and APIs, have solid technical knowledge and are used to working in cross-functional teams.

It is a plus, but not a requirement, if you have experience in one or more of the following areas:

API-based integrations and process flows between business systems.

Payment services and payment flows.

Other digital invoicing channels, such as e-invoices via internet banks, Peppol or similar.

Experience from document management systems and related processes.

Good understanding of invoice life cycle management.

What we offer
Kivra offers a role in a caring and committed team at a company that is growing and constantly evolving. You will be part of a warm and friendly culture built on collaboration and team spirit. You will help shape a product that is used today by more than half of Sweden's population.

This role is full-time and based in Stockholm. We offer the flexibility that life sometimes requires, but we believe that collaboration and value creation happen best when we sit and work together from our office in central Stockholm.

We offer a competitive compensation package and great benefits. Read more about our values and benefits here:
