We are looking for an
EU Project Lead
to join our fully remote team. This is a role for a strategist and a doer who understands the internal machinery of European projects. We are looking for someone who has an eye for details, and knows how to take care of the administrative part, coordinate the project and the team, and manage the Gantt and deadlines, write reports and to ensure the project creates real-world impact (it is great if you are a dev

elopment strategist or like to write projects, but this is not mandatory).

We need a hands-on expert to oversee, for example, our
Erasmus+, CERV, Creative Europe, or Horizon Europe
portfolio. You will be responsible for the "how" of our projects, ensuring they are strategically sound, technically compliant, and operationally successful.

  • Project Monitoring:
    You will track milestones and deliverables, ensuring every phase of the project aligns with our mission and EU requirements, and write the reports.
  • Strategic Oversight:
    You will navigate the technical landscape of the
    Funding & Tenders Portal
    and
    Beneficiary Module
    , managing reporting and financial compliance with precision.
  • Consortium Management:
    You will act as the operational glue for our international partners, keeping projects moving forward through clear communication and steady coordination.

    in managing and monitoring EU-funded projects (specifically
    Erasmus+, CERV, and/or Horizon
    ).

    who enjoys the technical and organizational challenges of project implementation.
  • Understand project logic
    and can ensure that every deliverable serves the project's strategic goals.
  • Are comfortable in a remote environment
    that requires high levels of autonomy and self-organization.
