Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to shape our digital IoT platform and mentor our team in modern software practices. You will play a key role in architectural design, full stack development, and DevOps implementation while working in a global agile environment with teams in Sweden, Poland, and India.

Your Role

  • Lead architectural design and development of backend (.NET) and frontend (React) solutions.
  • Build scalable systems for analytics and asset monitoring.
  • Drive DevOps, CI/CD, and coding best practices.
  • Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues, ensuring performance and security.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent).
  • 10+ years' experience in software development, with senior/lead roles.
  • Expert in C#, .NET, React, TypeScript, and RDBMS.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, DevOps, and cloud (Azure preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with microservices, real-time communication, messaging systems, UI/UX, and modern CSS frameworks.
