About the assignment

You will work on developing and improving production equipment, ranging from simple fixtures and hand tools to more advanced controlled fixtures with pneumatics, transducers and sensors. The work requires an understanding of both the purpose and function of the equipment.

Knowledge of risk analysis, such as P-FMEA, and experience in developing work instructions are meritorious. A certain seniority in the role is desirable.

About the role
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be a key member of the team working to create production solutions for the future. You will participate in the development of new production equipment, improve existing working methods and ensure that production is of the highest possible quality.

Your responsibilities include:

• Explore new technologies and production methods.
• Participate in innovation projects.
• Continuously improve and streamline equipment and processes.
• Develop training materials and support skills development in production teams.

Your profile
We are looking for you with a few years of experience who want to work in an environment where your technical expertise and curiosity can be developed. To thrive in the role, we believe you have:

• Engineering education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or equivalent (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
• Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar CAD tools
• Knowledge of risk analysis (P-FMEA) and basic process validation
• Meritorious: experience in electrical design and PLC programming
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• A solution-oriented approach, drive and passion for technology and innovation
