We are hiring HIL Developerfor the position based in Göteborg, Sweden.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HIL Developer to support software development for AD/ADAS, protective safety, and vehicle motion control. Responsibilities include designing/updating HIL rigs, commissioning test environments, developing CI automation, fault tracing issues, optimizing pipelines, supporting test teams, maintaining documentation, and triaging CI disturbances in an Agile, cross-functional setting.

Required Experience/Competences:

• 7+ Years of HIL development using dSPACE and Vector tools (CANoe).
• Proficiency in Python, CAPL, C programming.
• Strong automotive electrical architecture and embedded systems knowledge.
• Expertise in diagnostic protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet.
• Experience with CI infrastructure, pipelines, dashboards, monitoring.
• MATLAB/Simulink proficiency.
• Git, command line, SSH skills.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
