senior ERP- och processrådgivare
som kan hjälpa våra kunder att fatta kloka beslut kring verktygsval, processer och styrning.

Du har djup förståelse för affärssystem som
Dynamics 365 (BC & F&O), SAP, Oracle eller IFS
, och du trivs när du får analysera, förklara och skapa struktur i komplexa verksamheter.

Som
ERP & Process Advisor
hos oss kommer du att:

  • Stötta kunder i verktygs- och plattformsval, från behovsanalys till beslutsunderlag.
  • Leda processkartläggningar och fit-gap-analyser för att identifiera rätt lösningar och arbetssätt.
  • Etablera governance- och masterdata-principer som skapar ordning och långsiktig hållbarhet.
  • Vara rådgivare till ledning och projektorganisation i deras digitala transformation.
  • Samarbeta nära våra övriga specialister inom ERP, integration, data och förändringsledning.

Här får du balans mellan strategi och praktik – du är den som både förstår tekniken och hjälper kunden att navigera affärs- och förändringsfrågorna.

Vi söker dig som

Har
minst 8–10 års erfarenhet
av ERP-arbete (projektledning, process, masterdata eller lösningsarkitektur).

  • Har arbetat i eller med system som Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle eller IFS.
  • Förstår samspelet mellan affärsprocesser, data och systemstöd.
  • Har god kommunikativ förmåga och kan skapa förtroende på ledningsnivå.
  • Är analytisk, strukturerad och trivs i rådgivande roll.

Certifieringar eller erfarenhet av upphandling, förstudier eller transformationsprogram är meriterande.
