You will be

Can you say yes to the following?

  • 6+ years of experience as a management consultant and/or a similar role within another industry
  • A relevant master's degree
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: strategy execution, organisational development, process development and digital transformation
  • Excellent project management skills and experience in leading large-scale transformation programmes
  • Experience in participating in or ability to drive sales activities from identification to closure
  • Motivated and intrigued by the opportunity of being part of shaping Valcon's future organisation and business in Sweden
  • Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and are able to interact with stakeholders at all levels of seniority in client organisations
  • A great sense of humour and value a joyful and positive work environment
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Swedish
