Your role

We are seeking skilled Senior SAP Consultants with experience in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP project management and development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

In this role you will play a key role in:

Configure and maintain the SAP O2C (SD) module, and support users and address O2C-related issues.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics for seamless workflows.
Implement improvements and optimizations in the O2C process.
Lead SAP O2C implementation and upgrade projects.
Lead consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery.
Build strong client relationships, providing tailored SAP solutions.
Facilitate and lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and drive solution design.
Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative team environment.
Develop and implement strategic plans to meet project goals and drive business growth.
Prepare and present detailed reports to clients and stakeholders.

Your Profile:

7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) with a focus on O2C processes.
Strong experience in configuring and maintaining the SAP O2C module.
Expertise in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
Proven ability to manage SAP projects and deliver high-quality solutions.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in at least one S/4 transformation.

Note: Nordic-based and fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is preferred. Open to travel.
