We're on the lookout for a Culture Event Manager who knows how to turn ideas into unforgettable moments. Music, dance, entertainment – you get it, you live it, and you know how to make it matter. In this role, you will take full ownership of events – from planning and execution to follow-up – bringing Red Bull's unique brand voice to life in the cultural space.
You will work at the intersection of music, dance, and a dynamic cultural scene, creating impactful consumer experiences that resonate with our audience. This is a role for a self-starter with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a natural flair for connecting with people.

EVENT EXECUTION
Lead the end-to-end process of consumer facing event projects: concept, planning, execution, and evaluation.  Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.  Track KPIs, meet deadlines, and ensure excellence in every detail of execution.

COLLABORATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Drive cross-departmental collaboration, aligning stakeholders and securing internal buy-in. Both at the local office and with our HQ in Austria. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, artists, and communities. Deliver engaging and visually impactful presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

Stay plugged into Sweden's culture and entertainment scene, spotting what's next before anyone else.

Dina tidigare erfarenheter Du kan visa prov på:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in event project management with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communicator with excellent people skills and stakeholder management ability.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented – you make things happen.
  • Comfortable working in a high-paced environment with clear targets and deadlines.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for budgeting.
  • Strong eye for detail combined with the ability to keep the bigger picture in mind.
  • Relevant educational background is an advantage.
  • Experience within the entertainment, music, or live events industry – especially with event production – is considered a strong plus.
