Who is your future team?
Operations consist of around 500 people that are responsible for Axis global supply chain, sourcing, industrialization and manufacturing. We plan and execute to meet customer demands and work in close collaboration with manufacturing partners and suppliers worldwide. We ensure that our supply chain is reliable in terms of quality and environmental impact and develop and supply equipment used to produce and test Axis products.

Your role
As Coordinator within Operations, you will provide both communication support and practical coordination to ensure smooth daily operations. You'll work closely with the VP Operations, the Operations Management team, and colleagues across the Operations organization in Lund.

Your responsibilities include:

• Administrative and coordination support to Operations VP, Operations Mgnt team, and broader Operations colleagues

• Planning and preparation of meetings and events, such as:

• Operations Management Team meetings, All-Employee meetings and Manager Days

• Intro Days, Operations Kick-offs and After Works
• Global Supplier Conference

• HRBP-initiated meetings

• Systems related work through MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint, Workday, DocuSign, IFS Invoices, Teams, and Axis internal tools

• Communication support in close collaboration with the Operations Communication Manager:

• Preparing Operations news and presentations

• Maintaining the Operations Intranet Site on Galaxis
• Supporting with printing materials and visuals

Additional Responsibilities

• DocuSign Superuser – support, templates, and coordination
• Travel bookings, travel expense claims, and general administrative support
• Coordination of office space relocations within Operations footprint at Axis HQ (situation plans, space updates)
• Maintaining cost centers and attestation rights
• Onboarding support for new employees
• Managing storage, giveaways, and office supplies

Who are you?
We believe you are a proactive and solution-oriented person who enjoys helping others and ensuring things run smoothly. You are structured, communicative, and comfortable balancing multiple tasks at once. You bring energy and a can-do attitude to everything you do. You likely have:

• Previous experience from a coordination, assistant, or communication support role
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Good understanding of digital tools and systems (MS Office, SharePoint, Workday, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
