Incipientus AB develops and sells non-invasive, clamp-on pulsed ultrasound based in-line fluid characterization systems for flow visualization in Gothenburg. Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying valuable data sources, automating analysis workflows, and developing predictive models that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify valuable data sources and automate data collection and analysis processes.
  • Perform preprocessing of structured and unstructured data to prepare it for analysis and modeling.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and meaningful insights.
  • Design, develop, and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
  • Customer support and monitoring of remote installations/systems
  • Visualize data and analytical results using effective data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Propose innovative solutions and data-driven strategies to address business challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product development teams to integrate models into production.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch), SQL
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques and framework (data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation).
  • Experience with creating Dashboards and using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Grafana or Matplotlib/seaborn.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure
