to gain valuable hands-on experience in the heavy equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities

As a Service Technician Intern, you will support our team under guidance and participate in the following activities:

Equipment Support & Maintenance

  • Assist in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of SANY excavators and related heavy machinery.
  • Support routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Learn to identify mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and contribute to solutions.

Customer Service Support

  • Work on-site at customer locations in Norrköping, observing and assisting with service tasks.
  • Learn how to provide professional support and training on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Contribute to building customer trust by ensuring timely and professional service.

Technical Documentation

  • Assist in recording service activities, including maintenance logs and basic technical reports.
  • Learn to use diagnostic software and digital tools for documentation and reporting.
  • Provide feedback and observations to help improve product reliability.

Parts & Tools Management

  • Assist in managing spare parts, tools, and equipment for service tasks.
  • Ensure proper organization and use of workshop resources.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow company and industry safety standards to ensure safe execution of service tasks.
  • Learn about environmental and regulatory requirements related to heavy equipment servicing.

Qualifications

Education & Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong interest in heavy machinery, automotive systems, or industrial equipment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of hydraulics, engines, and electrical systems (through coursework or projects).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong learning ability, proactive attitude, and good problem-solving skills.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
  • Swedish language skills are a plus but not required.

Other Requirements

  • Possess a valid Swedish residence permit.
