That's where you come in.

As a Fullstack Developer at Upsales, you'll join a tight-knit team of brilliant engineers who obsess over quality and speed. You'll:

  • Build powerful features end-to-end using React, , and the latest in AI tech
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and fellow developers
  • Work side-by-side with senior colleagues who've shipped world-class software
  • Take full ownership of your code—from idea to production
  • Help shape the architecture as we scale from CRM to AI-powered platform
  • Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate—because we move fast, and we love it that way
Who we're looking for

This role isn't for everyone. We're looking for a rare kind of builder:

  • You've been working as a Fullstack Developer for at least 3 years
  • You've worked 2+ years with React and
  • You're independent, proactive, and love solving complex problems
  • You thrive in fast-paced, startup-like environments
  • You're fluent in both Swedish and English
  • You bring analytical depth and think critically about code and product
  • You care about performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Most importantly: you love tech, you ship fast, and you don't wait for permission

We care more about craftsmanship than buzzwords. If you're the kind of developer who reads the docs before trying a library, who refactors as you go, and who treats every pull request like a chance to learn something—then we'd love to talk.
