We're on the lookout for a Talent Sourcing Specialist focusing in the Bangalore market to help us expand our recruitment reach and drive candidate volume for our Bangalore - based roles.

The Challenge

Drive candidate volume and increase number of interviews for Bangalore - based roles.

Your Team When You Join Us

You will report to the HR Manager and closely collaborate with a dedicated Recruiter who will be the main responsible for the overall recruitment of the roles assigned to both of you.

• You have proven experience in recruitment in the Bangalore market
• You have wide network of local Bangalore talents that you can tap into
• You are great in finding the best talents, reaching out to them, and ensuring that they are engaged and supported throughout the whole recruitment process
• You are driven and has the attitude to do everything needed to close out roles as soon as possible.

Couple of the notes about the role

• This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role.
• This role is only for candidates who are currently based in India and who does not need work visa sponsorship now or at any point in the future.
• This is an as - needed role with a maximum of 20 hours per week depending on the company's requirement.
• You must be able to commit at least 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week, or more if needed.
• We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff ) to track hours worked.

Compensation

We pay on an hourly basis.
