At SFS (Slow Fashion Show), we're more than a non-profit, since 2023, we've been building a thriving, student-powered movement reshaping the future of sustainable fashion. What began with fashion shows has grown into a multi-platform creative space where design meets purpose and emerging talents meet opportunity.

We are looking for a Video Postproduction Intern to help transform our recorded podcast episodes, interviews, and event footage into impactful content for YouTube and social media. You'll work exclusively with pre-recorded materials—focusing on creative editing, storytelling, and multi-platform content creation.

Most importantly, you're excited about using video to tell stories that inspire, educate, and create impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Edit and transform raw long-form podcast recordings into polished, full-length YouTube episodes—enhancing structure, flow, and visual presentation while ensuring the video is cleanly synced with the audio version published on Spotify and other platforms.
• Cut long episodes into short, attention-grabbing clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Add subtitles, captions, transitions, overlays, and on-brand visuals to maintain a consistent look and feel.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align video content with ongoing campaigns and brand guidelines.
• Optimize all videos for platform-specific formats, aspect ratios, and performance.
• Stay updated on video trends, podcast video formats, and social media engagement strategies.
• Contribute fresh ideas to elevate our video presence and expand audience reach.

You're a Great Fit If You

• Have strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Can craft both long-form video podcasts (audio + video) and high-impact short-form content from the same footage.
• Understand social media content—hooks, pacing, captions, retention, and visual dynamics.
• Have an eye for detail, storytelling, and clean visual pacing.
• Are organised, communicative, and proactive.
• Speak fluent English (Swedish is a plus).
• Can commit full-time for at least 3 months.

Bonus Skills

• Experience working with video-based podcast content (interviews filmed with cameras + mics).
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Familiarity with analytics or strategies to increase video engagement.
• Basic motion graphics or simple animations.
