I rollen blir du navet mellan våra kunder och vår produkt. Du ser till att varje kund kommer igång snabbt, får ut det mesta av Klang och upplever ett tydligt värde – i varje kontakt.

Ansvarsområden

Specifika kunder

  • Guida kunder genom onboarding och aktivering i olika delar av produkten
  • Hjälpa dem att få konkret nytta från start och löpande
  • Bli expert på Klang och våra olika arbetsflöden

Kunddialog och support

  • Hantera daglig kontakt med kunder – snabbt, tydligt och lösningsorienterat
  • Fånga upp behov och frågor, och föreslå smarta arbetssätt
  • Identifiera mönster och ta initiativ till förbättringar

Guidning och självservice

  • Skapa guider, mallar och walkthroughs som gör kunder självgående
  • Bidra till att effektivisera vårt stöd och förbättra kundresan
Vi tror att du
  • Har erfarenhet av kundrelationer, gärna inom CS, support eller SaaS
  • Har god teknisk förståelse och lätt att lära nya verktyg
  • Kommunicerar klart och enkelt – både på svenska och engelska
  • Är strukturerad och kan hantera flera kunddialoger samtidigt
  • Har ett starkt driv att skapa värde i varje kontakt
  • Ser gärna mönster och förbättrar processer när det behövs
  • Tänker ett steg före – och löser problem innan de uppstår
  • Har intresse för AI och nya sätt att arbeta
