Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement national and local market access strategies.
  • Identify key stakeholders and drive effective engagement across all relevant areas.
  • Shape pricing strategies to meet local needs and lead negotiations.
  • Monitor and analyze regulatory trends that may impact patient access.
  • Support local data generation strategies aligned with access goals.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies and legal requirements.

Your Background

  • Degree in business, life sciences, or health economics.
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in market access.
  • Experience managing people is a plus.
  • Proven success delivering access strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare and reimbursement landscape at both national and regional levels.

Your Skills

  • Confident leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to translate scientific data into clear, impactful messages for a range of audiences.
  • Strong communicator who builds trust and alignment across teams.
  • Strategic thinker with sharp analytical skills and business insight.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
