We are now looking for a Business Analyst to support our platform-driven transformations and help shape scalable solutions for our clients.
What you'll do
As a Business Analyst, you'll bridge business goals and technology realities. You'll turn insight into action — shaping business capabilities, improving processes, and enabling digital transformation that creates measurable impact.
- Design and refine business capabilities that support transformation and real business value
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows and practical solutions
- Map and improve processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation
- Facilitate workshops to capture insights, align stakeholders and drive prioritisation
- Collaborate on planning, backlog management and readiness activities
- Support rollouts through user enablement, training and adoption initiatives
- Use data and insights to track results, demonstrate value and identify improvements
- Stay curious about new AI capabilities, emerging technologies and evolving regulations (GDPR, DORA, AI Act e.t.c.)
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within IT or digital transformation
- Proven ability to turn business challenges into digital solutions that deliver value
- Strong background in requirements management, process mapping and transformation delivery
- Familiarity with AI-driven automation, analytics and data governance
- Understanding of GDPR, DORA and the AI Act
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills — you build trust across business and IT teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, business or a related field
- Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English
