ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Professional, you will play a key role in representing the VANBRUUN brand, ensuring every customer interaction is an extraordinary experience. You will be a brand ambassador and excellent communicator, passionate about building long-term client relationships while exceeding sales goals.

Based at our head office in Borås, you will handle incoming queries from new and existing customers worldwide. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, and a basic understanding of Norwegian and Danish is beneficial for phone interactions.

You will provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone, with the possibility of working at events and in our showrooms for the right candidate.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken). Additional languages such as Danish, Norwegian, German, French, or Dutch are a big plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to contribute to a positive team dynamic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with high adaptability and the ability to manage change effectively.
  • Open to feedback and collaboration, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Enthusiasm for sales, business development, and an entrepreneurial approach to driving success.
  • The role requires the candidate to be able to work at least 2-3 days a week and at least one weekend per month. During periods when our full-time employees tend to take some well-deserved time off, i.e, during the summer, we expect the candidate to do some full-time work as well. We are proud of offering the best service possible so the customers are able to reach us between every day of the year, Christmas, New Year's and similar holidays included.
